We are two sisters who love real estate and building wealth. We have a combined 40+ years experience in real estate, and are passionate about building community in profitable markets. The Syndication Sisters actively own, asset manage, and fundraise multifamily in the US. We currently own in the Midwest and are expanding in the Southeast region. We are women owned, and put great care and focus in the areas we choose to invest in.

When we manage the property, we are looking at the best way to maximize our money, and the long term growth of the community. Syndication Sisters invests the time to share our progress with out investors, and time to educate potential investors.
Syndication Sister Method to Evaluation Properties
Chetna and Smita are very careful in procuring properties that we feel will excel for our partners. Our analysis involves studying multiple markets, the local economies, the population and demographics, and intensive underwriting and forecasting of the property itself.
