Smita Lal, M.S., is a real estate investor and Realtor® with Samson Properties in the MD and VA areas. Smita has extensive experience with multifamily asset management and is in charge of the financials for the multifamily properties currently managed. She is a capital fundraiser and investor, researching each property and the management team with care.

Smita’s previous experience includes condominium budgets and renovations as former Vice President of the Board of the Winthrop Condominium, a designated Historic Preservation Building in Washington DC. The building was left with only $100 in reserves when she was elected part of the board, and they increased the reserves to over $1 million in 3 years, while improving the living experience in the building. She has over 15 years of experience in investing in real estate.
